Spacetriangle® will only review replacement or return requests if Product is broken or with a print error, provided that it is caused by Spacetriangle®. The User must contact Spacetriangle® support in 15 days after the product has been delivered and provide pictures with defects. Spacetriangle® will review the issue and offer a re-print or a full compensation if it is Spacetriangle® fault. Spacetriangle® is not responsible for incorrectly provided Customer information that results into lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the User must cover the expenses.
Can I Return Products?
Spacetriangle® will only review replacement or return requests if the product is missing, damaged or has a print error - provided that it was caused by Spacetriangle®. Spacetriangle® is not responsible for incorrectly provided customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the user must cover the expenses.
What Happens if my Order is Lost or Damaged?
In the case of damaged goods, there is no need to send the product back to us. Simply email our Customer Care the order number and images of the damaged goods or only the order ID for lost goods and we will have replacements sent out right away.
For a lost or damaged order Spacetriangle® will provide you with a reprint or refund to your Bank/Paypal account. Please see our Terms of Service for the errors we take full responsibility for.
For lost orders over $200 with no tracking information available, refunds will not be provided. All refunds are issued on a case to case basis.
Can an Order be Canceled?
You can cancel orders before they go into production. Orders are processed quickly after they are received. This means you only have a few hours to cancel an order after it is placed. After an order goes into the printing process, we do not allow cancellations.
